A: No. We welcome both beginners and experienced climbers. We’ll recommend the best route for your fitness and experience, while technical climbs like Batian require prior mountaineering experience.

A: January–March and June–October generally offer the clearest weather and best trail conditions.

A: Waterproof boots, warm layered clothing, rain gear, gloves, hat, headlamp, sunscreen and personal medication. Equipment hire is available.

A: It can affect anyone. Our itineraries are designed to encourage gradual acclimatisation and our guides monitor guests throughout the climb.
